1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Generally Critical, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful

3. Nature of Services

Generally Critical provides:

• Educational videos and live sessions
• AI-driven simulations and assessments
• Performance scoring, ranking, and feedback
• Community access
• Skill development tools

All services are educational in nature.

4. No Placement or Outcome Guarantee

Generally Critical:

• Does not guarantee jobs, interviews, promotions, or salary increases
• Does not offer placement assurance
• Does not guarantee outcomes based on scores or rankings

Results depend on individual effort, context, and external factors.

5. Payments & Refunds

a. Payments

• Payments are processed via Razorpay
• Pricing models may include one-time fees, subscriptions, cohorts, or instalments
• Taxes, if applicable, are borne by the user

b. Refund Policy

• 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of payment
• Refund requests after 7 days will not be entertained
• Access beyond this period constitutes acceptance
• GC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, misconduct, or policy violations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials
• Record, download, or redistribute content
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt community spaces
• Submit plagiarised, fraudulent, or misleading content

GC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• Videos, simulations, prompts, rubrics
• Evaluation logic and scoring frameworks
• Branding, trademarks, and platform design

are the exclusive property of Dhanushal Skilling LLP.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license only.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. User Submissions

By submitting content, you grant GC:

• A non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license
• To use, store, analyse, anonymise, and adapt submissions
• For education, research, benchmarking, and platform improvement

Personal identifiers will be removed where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Sharing & Visibility

You consent that:

• Your scores, rankings, and evaluations may be shared with employers or partners
• GC has full discretion over how insights are presented
• Such sharing does not constitute endorsement or guarantee

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• GC is not responsible for career decisions taken based on platform feedback
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you

11. Termination

GC may suspend or terminate access:

• For policy violations
• For misuse or abuse
• For legal or operational reasons

No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Gautambuddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
